Job Overview:

Homez&Own is seeking a dynamic and performance-driven PPC Campaign Manager with expertise in running Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Monitor ad performance daily and optimize campaigns to meet CPL (Cost per Lead) targets.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy creation.
• Collaborate with the sales and design team to ensure creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversions.
• Track and report campaign results, ROI, and lead quality.
• Re-target past visitors to improve conversion rates and lower lead costs.
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and ad policy updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads for real estate lead generation.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, landing page behavior, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM tools like Leadsquared/Zapier (optional but preferred).
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
